ETHICS
BelayUSA offers an internal "Ethics" communication plan as an employee assistance program. This program allows employees to confidentially or anonymously report improper, unethical, or criminal wrongdoing in the work place through an independent third party. Ethics handles threats of violence, criminal activity, theft, fraud, industrial espionage and intellectual theft, drug abuse, sexual harassment, racial discrimination, policy violations, and noncompliance with trade and business laws.
If your employer is contracted with Ethics®, you may remain anonymous as Ethics® has a contractual obligation to protect your identity. Your identity will only be released with your written consent. By providing an e-mail address you will be provided an identification number to continue discussing the issue with the Ethics® staff.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING
